A little about Rochester Art Therapy

Sheilagh McGreal is the founder of Rochester Art Therapy counseling services.  She has a very nurturing and supportive energy and has spent more than 20 years working to support individuals and groups.  She believes creativity serves as a powerful tool in healing and promotes a safe environment for clients to gain recovery.
